SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio – Has the appearance of “snow blossoms” in recent days, and a return of gray skies, dimmed your spirit? Tor me, a tonic of fresh air. Whether we perambulate on two legs or four, two wheels or four – spring is invigorating. As you know – or will soon surmise – Happy is my four-legged friend, companion, and (starring in a newer role), private-duty dog.
