OPINION. Contrairement à ce que défendent de nombreux responsables politiques, la réforme du marché de l'électricité ne règle aucun des problèmes identifiés depuis la libéralisation du secteur. Pire, elle maintient les dynamiques d'augmentation des prix de l'électricité qui ont frappé si durement le continent au plus fort de la crise tout en limitant les capacités d'intervention des États sur les prix et la production.
