U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents took a Guatemalan immigrant, who claims to have no criminal history, into custody in New Bedford, Massachusetts, on Monday. The new system will replace the old-fashioned, manual input process for incident reports, helping prevent information from falling through the cracks.

A Concord man who was born with a congenital heart defect and has undergone two open-heart surgeries will run his seventh Boston Marathon this year. Jeremy Woodward said that before his second surgery, he was told he might not make it, but he has now competed in two Ironman competitions. This month, he will run the marathon to raise money for Tedy's Team, an organization dedicated to stroke and heart disease awareness. Time is something Woodward doesn't take for granted.
