Three months in a row @santanderuk have threatened to close my account unless I supply extra info. I finally get a call through only to learn that the message was generated accidentally. Now it's happened again and their numbers don't work. Maybe time to close the account myself!

Worst travel experience in 30 years as a travel journo. My bag was lost...4 days later I still don't have it. I'm now flying to Indonesia minus my belongings! @Iberia comms have been ATROCIOUS. Be careful with bags on @Iberia
