PIPESTEM, W.Va. (WVVA) - Today was like Christmas morning for local anglers with something called West Virginia’s Gold Rush. Fishermen and women were anxiously waiting for the state’s DNR truck at Long Branch Lake located inside Pipestem State Park on Thursday. The “Gold Rush” ,as the West Virginia DNR refers to it, is an annual restocking of golden rainbow trout into locations across the state until April 12.

Luke Littler’s attempt to become a darts great will be broadcast exclusively on Sky Sports in the UK, with the Professional Darts Corporation agreeing a new five-year contract worth at least £125 million with the existing rights holders. The new deal will start with Littler’s defence of his world title next December at Alexandra Palace, with Sky agreeing to pay more than double their existing rights fee in recognition of the Littler effect and the resultant growth in darts viewing figures.
