The changes are housed in an update to the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (the Russia Sanctions Regulations) and the Trade, Aircraft and Shipping Sanctions (Civil Enforcement) Regulations 2024 (the Trade Sanctions Regulations) which respectively came into force on 31 July and 10 October, 2024.
