SINGAPORE, June 5 (Reuters) - Singaporean banks DBS Group and United Overseas Bank said on Thursday that they had jointly provided a 6.7 trillion rupiah ($411 million) loan to finance a data centre campus in Indonesia. DBS and UOB are Southeast Asia and Singapore's biggest and third largest lender by assets respectively.

ZURICH, Sept 12 (Reuters) - Siemens is spending $60 million on a new U.S. factory to build high speed trains to whisk passengers between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, the German engineering company said on Monday. Around 300 jobs will be created at the 300,000 square feet facility in Horseheads, upstate New York, which Siemens said was the first high speed rail production site in the United States.

NEW DELHI, July 17 (Reuters) - India is likely to spend 2.25 trillion rupees ($11.97 billion) on food subsidies this financial year, four government sources said, up around 11% from the interim budget estimate in February due to higher spending on the support price for farmers. The country's combined food and fertiliser bill is expected to reach 3.88 trillion rupees, up 5% rise from the estimate in the interim budget unveiled before the election.
