In his first fight since defeating Mike Tyson in November, Jake Paul (11-1) will face another former champion many years removed from his prime. This time, Paul's taking on Julio César Chávez Jr. (54-6-1), Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) announced Friday. The bout, contested at 200 pounds, will take place June 28 in Anaheim, Calif., and will stream live on pay-per-view via DAZN.

The Savannah Bananas are officially mainstream. Along with taking their showmanship on a "Banana Ball World Tour" this summer, the exhibition baseball team will have 10 of its games broadcast on ESPN and Disney platforms, the company announced Monday. That slate will include games at Fenway Park, Camden Yards and the Clemson Tigers' Memorial Stadium.

The Yeshiva University Maccabees had lost 99 games in a row. The Lehman College Lightning were winless in their last 42. Tuesday, these epic college baseball losing streaks collided in a doubleheader. Both teams ended the day as winners. Before the first pitch of the afternoon opener, Lehman coach Chris Delgado and Yeshiva coach Jeremy Renna met at home plate. The pair's shared hardship made for "a certain harmony," Renna said.
