Perez, 36, of Homer, pleaded guilty Thursday in Bartholomew Circuit Court to two identical felonies: aggravated battery when the assault poses a substantial risk of death as Level 3 felonies.

SEYMOUR – Effective immediately , Schneck Medical Center in Seymour will begin enforcing new virus-related restrictions for visitors. The ban on non-patients showing respiratory illness symptoms comes six days after similar restrictions went into effect at Columbus Regional Hospital. Precautions are also in place at medical facilities in other Indiana communities such as in Indianapolis and Bloomington.

But at the request of the corporation, Irresistible Foods Group Inc., nobody explained why the number of jobs was going up so dramatically. On Monday, the answer was made clear. Nato leaders will have much to celebrate when they gather in Washington for the alliance’s 75th anniversary this week. Sweden will be welcomed to its first summit as a Nato ally. The leaders will also note progress on defence budgets — in 2024, 23 of the 32 allies will meet Nato’s target of spending 2% of their GDP on defence. The summit will be the last for the alliance’s long-serving secretary general, Jens Stoltenberg.
