Chapter 2 — Acknowledging challenges and partnering with the right people to drive change. When you are a result oriented, passionate, innovative person, being in a biased environment can be quite challenging. You can’t accept the environment you are in and at the same time (unless you are in a leadership position) you can’t fundamentally change it. Being in constant fight mode with the current system can be draining, even if you have in mind the best intentions for the Organization.
