OBJECTIVE: The Health Care Online Survey Europe-Healthcare Professionals (ARISE-HCP) cross-sectionally investigated healthcare professionals' (HCPs) views on healthcare factors influencing the symptom course of persistent somatic symptoms (PSS) across four European countries. METHODS: An online survey was developed for HCPs experienced in PSS care in Germany, Italy, Poland, and the Netherlands. The study employed a mixed-methods approach.
