His net favourability rating of negative 28 points is by far the worst among the five living Presidents, a whopping 26 points below the second least popular of them, Donald Trump.

According to AtlasIntel, the most accurate pollster in the last three national US elections, President Trump is more popular among Americans than President Obama. Trump’s favourability stands at 50 per cent, while President Obama’s stands at 47 per cent.

A recent poll by Quinnipiac has found that only 31 per cent of Americans have a favourable view of the Democratic Party, while 56 per cent have an unfavourable view, giving the party an abysmal net favourability rating of negative 26 points. Quinnipiac is a polling firm that has been overestimating liberals in the past.

President Trump ended up winning by 13.2 points, meaning a 16-point miss for Selzer. The Brazil-based polling firm AtlasIntel, which got the popular vote margins right by 0.3 points in the last two election cycles in the United States, has released its latest national vote prediction for the 2024 US presidential election. It shows President Donald Trump leading Vice President Kamala Harris by 2.7 points, a slight shift towards Harris since their last release in mid-September.
