I weighed in on this myself earlier in the article Coaching Founder Mode.  But after reading many of the subsequent pieces, and talking to many product teams and product leaders about this concept, I’m convinced that most people have been missing the real point of this critically important topic.

Many of these discussions are necessarily dancing around the topic of politics.
