    Avocados have gained worldwide fame of late as a super fruit  (yes, it’s a fruit) that has many health benefits and should be part of a healthy diet. Let’s start with the popular avocado toast. Smash the pulp of ripe two avocados in a bowl with a fork and add a few drops of lemon juice to prevent the avocados from turning brown. Add a bit of salt.
