The Arizona State University community stepped up and raised over $835,266 for the Valley of the Sun United Way — exceeding the $800,000 goal for 2024. Of the total, $802,192.17 was raised through employee pledges and $33,074.40 was raised through special events held by units and student groups, including many Greek organizations.

Nola Hill is perfecting every stitch of her fashion design collection, which she started conceptualizing last summer. She is among 30 ASU FIDM fashion design students who have been working late into the night for months while preparing their capstone creations for the Uncertainty Fashion Showcase 2025, the annual full-scale fashion show put on by the school. “Now we’re in the final fabric stage and I’m now in my perfectionism phase where if a stitch comes out crooked, let’s redo it,” Hill said.

Six graduate programs at Arizona State University are in the top 10 nationwide, according to U.S. News & World Report’s Best Graduate Programs 2025 rankings released today. A total of 17 programs made the top 20, including six in the W. P. Carey School of Business. The master’s program in legal writing in the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law rose two places to be ranked third in the nation, ahead of the University of Arizona, Duke University and Texas A&M.

Now in its 16th year, the summit is part of a collaboration between ASU and Global Silicon Valley that explores ways education can create more equitable access to the future for all.

Now in its 16th year, the summit is part of a collaboration between Arizona State University and Global Silicon Valley. This year’s theme is “Learning at the Speed of Light.”The event runs through April 9 and features a free AI showcase that takes place April 5–7.
