On Monday, April 7, the appropriation bills for many public universities in Arkansas, including UCA, were not passed through the House. Appropriation bills are bills that have to do with funding and how much money our state budget will allocate to certain programs, like a public university. In a vote of 72-16, it did not pass the needed threshold of 75 votes.
