    Special Spaces is a local nonprofit that provides complete bedroom makeovers for kids who have cancer. They're hosting their first-ever fundraiser event to help increase financial support for those makeovers. It's a 5k event called Special Strides, and it's taking place at Lake Cunningham at 9 am on Saturday, April 12. The event will feature a 5K run, 1-mile fun fun, and family-friendly activities.
