His first win was in February at the annual Frank Stick Memorial Art Show. This month he nailed the top spot in the 28th annual Molly Fearing Show that opened in Manteo on Sunday, May 4. Riggs says he is honored twice over. “I didn’t think it would happen again,” he says.
