As a concerned citizen and a leader in the National Alliance on Mental Illness – Forsyth, Dawson, Lumpkin, I am writing to let you know how concerned I am about the future of the whole health building in Forsyth County along with the legacy we are leaving for future generations. The whole health building was to be paid for by $30 million in American Rescue Plan Funds. It was conceived over two years ago, voted on 6-8 times, and over $2 million has already been spent on the project.
