    Lowell has a new recreation option. A splash pad was dedicated on June 5, 5025, in a ceremony attended by officials from Lowell Charter Township and the City of Lowell. While waiting for the dignitaries to arrive, kids had no trouble figuring out how to get the fun started. A button can be pressed to start the water which runs for about 15 minutes until pressed again. Located at 11998 Fulton Street SE in the North Grand River Riverfront Park, the Lowell Splash Pad was a group effort.
