Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) have garnered significant attention as eco-friendly electrochemical devices with broad prospects in portable applications, fixed power systems, and automotive engines [1], [2], [3], [4]. Pt-based catalysts have been widely regarded as promising electrocatalysts for the cathodic oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) in PEMFCs [3], [4], [5].
