Background: Due to rapidly changing models of health care, there is a growing need for nurses to deliver care through home telehealth nursing (nursing care that is typically delivered in a patient's home but instead takes place via telehealth). However, this content is missing from nursing curricula. Methods: To fill this gap, nursing faculty developed and implemented an innovative simulation activity to teach prelicensure public health nursing students home telehealth nursing.

A few years ago, I saw a news report of a young girl in Japan who sued her teacher for sexual abuse after 20 years. Many may have wondered why she waited so long, but I understand how difficult it must have been to come forward and share her painful memories of abuse. I was sexually abused when I was 7 years old by someone close to my family, and it took me over 20 years to share it with my close friends.
