A video has shown the horrific aftermath of a car being driven into crowds of Liverpool fans as they celebrated the Premier League title win. Cops can be seen surrounding the car in the clip after it finally stopped on Water Street in Liverpool's city centre at 6pm. It had just run down dozens of people before coming to a stop. Fans were seen desperately running toward the car after it stopped, in order to apprehend the driver.
