The Ramsey City Council unanimously approved a site plan review for a Solar Energy System on its closed landfill. The proposed site plan by Cedar Creek Energy is for a solar panel array on an approximately 24-acre portion of the landfill grounds, said Ramsey Planning Manager Todd Larson at the council’s meeting on April 8.
