    A trucker hauling a large missile through the District was detained Thursday by police right by The Washington Times’ office in Northeast. Metropolitan Police said it dispatched explosives teams to investigate the missile that was on the back of the flatbed trailer hitched to a pickup truck. An officer at the scene told The Times that the driver was pulled over because the missile was only secured by two straps while driving east on New York Avenue Northeast.
