An architect's passion for vintage racing has evolved into a thriving custom Porsche restoration business that combines classic aesthetics with racing heritage. There aren't too many architecture firms where a fully reimagined 1973 Porsche 911 greets visitors. Then again, there aren't too many ventures that combine architecture and auto restoration like Studio 9 Architecture and Classic 9 Motorwerks. Along with partner Craig Davisson, Jason Faulkner founded Studio 9 architecture in 2010.

The new location is much bigger than the one in San Marco and will offer six Full Swing simulators and other games. Fore Score Golf Tavern's second location is set to open Friday. To complement its San Marco sports bar and Full Swing simulator venue, founders Daniel and Kerrie Hileman constructed a new setting in the Palms at Gate Parkway just south of the St. Johns Town Center. The new destination will offer a larger space than the Four Score sister store at 1407 Atlantic Blvd.

The celebrated tennis academy that has trained champions will now apply its unique methodology in Northeast Florida. As the calendar turns from March to April, area tennis players will now have the option for world-class tennis lessons. The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island announced that, as of April 1, the tennis center is now partnered with the Mouratoglou Tennis Center.

The attraction is just part of the riverfront transformation slated to be finished by the end of 2025. Phase 1 of Riverfront Plaza is now approved to dive into splash pad construction at 2 Independent Drive West. The City of Jacksonville issued a permit March 27 for Ponte Vedra Beach-based Southern Aquatics Inc., also known as SAI Fountains, to construct the $1.16 million splash pad. The park is slated to eventually include a playground, pavilion and festival lawn.
