A man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly stabbing another man who was walking near the AMPM convenience store on 15th Avenue in Longview. According to a statement from the Longview Police Department, officers responded to the scene at about 5:09 a.m. after a 30-year-old man reported being attacked while walking along 15th Avenue. Upon arrival to the gas station near the YMCA of Southwest Washington and Lake Sacajawea Park, the police encountered a man with a gash on his face.
