I started working at Epcot in 2004 and Magic Kingdom in 2006. Universal in 2018. I’ve seen a lot of changes. Disney has been intolerable since the pandemic and only now do we see small signs of the company making an effort to improve the guest experience. All theme parks are still very crowded with the off season almost entirely non existent now. I’m in my mid 40s and I am done waiting over an hour for anything.
