Good Monday morning!It’s going to be a long 103 days. That’s how long Alina Habba has left as acting U.S. attorney for New Jersey without being sworn in or approved by New Jersey’s U.S. District Court judges, give or take a day or two depending on my counting skills. Habba has been putting herself in front of the cameras, going out with law enforcement agents arresting alleged low-level violent criminals and inviting conservative media along.
