HANCOCK — Just before Hancock’s annual Town Meeting adjourned Monday night, voters opted to form a committee to weigh the options for constructing a new town hall. The motion came at the end of the meeting, which saw voters pass all 20 articles on the warrant with sparse, brief discussion. The approvals included a $308,749 operating budget, a $1,762,257 school budget, and a series of smaller appropriations for a firetruck and 250th anniversary celebration, among others.
