Former Baltimore Ravens quarterback Josh Johnson is running it back for one more season. He's big-time back in the NFC East—and back in Washington. According to ESPN’s John Keim, the 38-year-old quarterback has signed a one-year deal with the Commanders, returning to a team he briefly started for in 2018. Johnson spent the last two seasons with the Baltimore Ravens, mostly serving as a veteran backup behind Lamar Jackson. His time in Baltimore was relatively quiet.

The NFL can't quit Joe Flacco, and Joe Flacco can't quit the NFL. At this point, it's an addiction. It's inevitable. For the Baltimore Ravens, most of those dots point toward offensive line, defensive back, and pass-rushing help. Once the doldrums of free agency set in, the board settles. Teams get a much clearer sense of what they’ll need to target come draft night.

The Baltimore Ravens will inevitably find themselves between a rock and a hard place in regards to fourth-year defensive tackle Travis Jones. Jones has been stuffing the run and anchoring the middle for the past three seasons since being selected out of UConn with the 76th pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. That draft class is nothing short of amazing.
