PORTLAND, Ore. — KGW has called a Weather Impact Alert until 8 a.m. Friday due to temperatures that will drop into the upper 20s, with wind-free areas seeing patches of fog and frost, potentially causing a few slick spots on the roads for the morning commute, according to KGW Chief Meteorologist Matt Zaffino. "With a clearing sky, temperatures will drop into the upper 20s in the Portland area on Friday morning," Zaffino said.
