Illan Meslier has supported Leeds United teammate Joel Piroe after the Whites won 1-0 away against Oxford United on Good Friday. Meslier watched from the substitutes' bench for a fourth consecutive match. From that vantage point, he saw his replacement, Karl Darlow, produce a full-length diving save to keep out a strike from Cameron Brannagan early on. Darlow also denied Przemyslaw Placheta before Manor Solomon scored the game's only goal, which secured Leeds all three points.
