NEW! by Matthew Guy (IC: employee) The latest addition to Bentley’s tony SUV proves that at least one person at the brand must be fun to hang out with. Called the Bentayga Speed, this monster packs a twin-turbo 4.0L V8 engine (pour one out for the W12) producing 641 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque, marking a handful more horses and 37 torques fewer than the mighty W12 engine.

NEW! by Matthew Guy (IC: employee) As with all reports stemming from ‘unnamed sources’, it would be wise to take this information with large grains of salt. Still, even the specter of this happening is too big not to mention. Longtime readers of TTAC (thanks, all three of you) will remember the GM Death Watch maintained by this site. NEW! by Matthew Guy (IC: employee) If there’s anyone on whom to be counted for a brash, V8-powered SUV in the 2026 model year, it’s Dodge. Fans of burly exhaust notes will be pleased to learn the venerable 5.7-liter Hemi V8 remains part and parcel of the R/T trim, buttressed this year with a new Blacktop Redline package. As with most option groups of that sort, it includes black wheels, dark badges, and a smattering of spoilers cribbed from the SRT model.
