The 31-year-old fell out of favour under former manager John Coleman but marked his return to the fold by scoring a last-gasp winner against MK Dons at the weekend. They ran out 8-1 winners at Tod's Piece to clinch the championship after a 100 percent winning record during the campaign. Gillingham manager Gareth Ainsworth has sympathy for Bradley Dack’s recent struggles with injury. Dack scored his first goal back in a Gills shirt since 2017 to help them defeat MK Dons on Saturday. Former QPR and Wycombe midfielder Ainsworth drew parallels between what Dack’s been through with long-term injuries and his own career. “Bradley's an experienced player, I knew he'd be football savvy,” said Ainsworth. “He's played at a high level and to do that, you have to know the game.

Faultless Dartford claimed the Kent Merit Under-16 Girls Cup after scoring five perfect penalties in their shoot-out against Aylesford. There was little to choose between the two sides after 1-1 draw in normal time but it was the Darts who came out on top in the end.
