Following a hugely successful debut in London, where Getnet Kasa bested 490 opponents in the £500 buy-in Main Event, the new PartyPoker Tour headed to the Manchester235 Casino for the PartyPoker Tour Manchester leg. The £500 buy-in Main Event drew in a crowd of 243 entrants who created a £107,248 prize pool. Deniz Orhan came out on top and walked away with £19,843 after a heads-up deal with Ronnie Marland.

The latest 888poker UK Poker League (UKPL) Main Event has crowned its champion, with Harry Sandford forever being known as the 2025 UKPL Edinburgh Main Event champion. Sandford came out on top of a 262-strong crowd in the £560 buy-in Main Event to take home £23,960 of the £124,440 prize pool. Sandford's prize represents the largest of his live poker career so far.

June 22 was the 27th day of the 2025 WSOP; it was a day where dozens of the game's superstars took to the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas to start their quest for glory.
