For those that follow the NFL, this is usually worded: Nico Iamaleava will not be attending OTAs as he and Tennessee continue contract negotiations this offseason. The only difference is because he’s not an employee, Iamaleava has not enforceable contract for the 2025 season.

Two things: 1) If Nico Iamaleava was an employee with a public contract, none of these thing would be “unclear”. 2) It’s absolutely not the fault of Nico Iamaleava or his representation that these issues are happening.
