    It was 1987 when I first started learning to code—38 years ago, during Ronald Reagan’s presidency. I was a quick and passionate learner, and by 1991, I was already responsible for invoicing and billing hundreds of thousands of clients at ALLIANZ, managing hundreds of millions of Deutschmarks (the Euro was only introduced in 2001) in monthly insurance premiums. Since then, I’ve been fascinated by technology and have followed its rapid evolution.
