The day started with a warm welcome from the Miracles for Kids staff at Santa Ana Country Club. The walk from the front through the various sponsor activations with music bumping at 9:30 a.m. set the upbeat, festival-like tone for the day. The golf tournament was a vital fundraiser aimed at supporting families with critically ill children. The community came together, demonstrating their generosity through every swing and putt.

Returning to Los Angeles a decade ago was a homecoming for Renee Garcia—almost.
