    Representatives of the Japanese company Triode announced plans to introduce a pre-tube amplifier TRX-4 in September of this year . It will be an upgraded version of the TRX-1 device , introduced 14 years ago. The key difference between the new version and its predecessor is the modified power supply circuit. Now the manufacturer’s engineers used Schottky diodes instead of a kenotron. This is said to significantly improve the reliability of the power supply.
