TAIPEI — Han Jong-Hee, the co-CEO of Samsung Electronics and a nearly four-decade veteran of the South Korean consumer technology giant, died Tuesday. Mr. Han, who was 63, suffered a sudden heart attack, according to a company spokesperson. Mr. Han had since 2022 shared CEO duties with the head of Samsung’s semiconductor business, most recently Jun Young-Hyun. Jun was named the sole CEO of Samsung Electronics on Tuesday following Mr. Han’s death, the company said in a public notice.
