Still here an hour later, not convinced my insurance is not actively trying to kill me

was on hold with insurance for 45 minutes, finally picked up, transferred me to someone else and now I’m on hold again. Every 10 seconds a robot thanks me for holding and says they’ll assist me as soon as possible. Is this hell
