I love to cook, and I love to eat. But I struggled with an eating disorder for nearly three decades. A GROUP of more than 100 cyclists took to the streets of Cardiff earlier this month for Wales’ biggest inclusive cycle ride. The third annual Ride for All, a mass cycle ride organised by Pedal Power Cardiff, made its way through Cardiff city centre on Saturday, June 8 to celebrate the charity’s mission to make cycling accessible for all ages and abilities. Riders could choose to take part in a two-hour ride or one-hour ride which both set off from Pedal Power’s cafe in Pontcanna.

Mature students say they are falling through the cracks of the Government’s new free childcare scheme as they are not eligible for the scheme while also having to pay increased fees as nurseries try to recover their costs. Families are eligible to receive 15 hours of free childcare a week for two-year-olds and 30 hours for three to four-year-olds if both parents are working or if a lone parent is in employment.

A farmer who has seen parts of his land underwater since October has said a new fund to compensate farmers for damage caused by flooding from Storm Henk is a “shambles”. Nottinghamshire farmer Peter Gadd, 63, has lived on Hollygate Farm in Stragglethorpe his whole life and told i that since October, a series of storms and floods have created a “perfect storm” for himself and other farmers.
