I don’t know if snubs can be elegant, but this one, courtesy of our momala, Vice President Kamala Harris may qualify. Harris and her husband Douglas Emhoff were on hand to honor former President Jimmy Carter at his funeral. So was a certain malevolent tangerine-colored, ferret-haired unfortunately upcoming president, who was in the row behind Harris and Emhoff. But in the photos shared by Harris, Donald Trump is mysteriously absent.

I can’t help but wonder if Bruce Fischer, the MAGA-loving husband of GOP Nebraska Sen. Deb Fischer regrets being obnoxious earlier by refusing to shake Vice President Kamala Harris’s hand as his wife was sworn in. His very obvious snub was caught on social media and one such post, by Brian Tyler Cohen, host of the No Lie with Brian Tyler Cohen podcast, has been viewed more than 7.4 million times. That’s 7.4 million people who now know who this guy is.

There is just no level that’s too low for some MAGA Republicans. That’s certainly true for Bruce Fischer, the husband of Nebraska GOP Sen. Deb Fischer.
