    I nearly didn’t go to Mexico City, but I’m so glad I did, and I will definitely go back. The jacarandas were dropping purple confetti onto miles of pavement, dercorating the skyscraper scene and hiding cracks in the footpaths. They added pretty pops of colour to an otherwise metropolitan concrete jungle.
