Living in or around Miami, Florida, sometimes feels like a fever dream. For those of us who grew up here, we've always understood what a magical and alluring city it is. Kentucky bourbon. Kentucky barbecue. Kentucky music. So many of our favorite things have roots deep in the Blue Grass, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t influenced by other states. One shining example is New York-style pizza, a simple yet iconic dish that needs no improvements. Just ask anyone who’s visited Louisville’s New York Pizza Company, an authentic slice of NY right here in Kentucky. New York Pizza Company is a locally-owned Louisville staple.
