    Quebec’s Roulez Vert rebate program for zero-emission passenger vehicles will resume on April 1 after a two-month pause. The provincial government confirmed the decision earlier this week as part of its 2025-2026 budget. Under the revived program, EV buyers will receive up to $4,000 when purchasing a battery-electric or fuel-cell vehicle. Meanwhile plug-in hybrid buyers will be eligible for up to $2,000.
