I often find myself staring at a blob of text — maybe logs, emails, or scraped web content — and wishing it were a neat data structure I could query. Unstructured data means the text doesn’t follow a predefined schema or table format; it’s just free-form content. Unlike a tidy CSV or JSON, unstructured text can’t be directly slotted into rows and columns. This makes analysis hard — you can’t simply do data["field_name"] on a raw paragraph.

Hydrocarbon extraction for oil and gas production can alter subsurface stress fields and potentially reactivate faults.

In the early hours of 17 February 2025, an earthquake with a magnitude 4 occurred near Jail Park in Dhola Kawan, New Delhi, at a depth of 5 km, which was strongly felt throughout the Indian National Capital Region. The seismicity of the New Delhi region has shown remarkable characteristics over the past 30 years. Out of 26 earthquakes with a magnitude of more than 4 in the area around New Delhi in the past 20 years, 24 events are related to the last 12 years and after 2012.

TEHRAN - A M5.6 Earthquake on 5 December 2024, at 7:32 a.m. local time occurred in Golgir village, 20km southeast of Masjed Soleyman (Figure-1) with two important aftershocks during the first two hours after the mainshock at 7:53 a.m. (M5.0) and at 9:08 a.m. (M5.2). The mentioned earthquakes occurred in the same place where on 8 July 2019, an earthquake of M5.7 killed one person and injured more than 100 people.
