1. IntroductionThe vast expanse of China’s territorial waters, numerous islands, and winding coastline provide excellent natural ecological conditions and abundant aquatic resources. China’s coastal areas are composed of 11 provincial-level administrative regions, with 18,000 km of coastline, abundant marine resources, and a large territorial water area extending from Liaodong Bay to the South China Sea [1].
