We've just discovered our new favourite and extremely refreshing cocktail for the summer: this peach sorbet fizz! It's inspired by a Sgroppino - an Italian drink which usually consists of a scoop of lemon sorbet, topped with fizz and a shot of vodka, but this one is on the more tropical fruit side by using peaches. And not fresh peaches, but a tin of peaches in their juices! This recipe really couldn't be easier.
